Hey there,
Yes they do work, what you have to be careful of though is that there are people spreading scams like the ones that have been posted so far, there crap!! I have tryed out many and most of them are scams or you lose money instead of make money!

If your after legit software, it will cost you a bit but it is so very worth it, I made back what I spent on this software within a day, thats how well it works. I could not look back on my purchase, heres the link if you are interested>
